Jacques Savard

A graduate from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (University of Montreal), Vice President and member of the senior management team for the past twenty-five years within Bombardier, Jacques Savard has acquired extensive expertise in the following areas:

• Operational excellence (major cost reductions)
• Continuous improvement of finance and accounting functions
• Restructuring
• Finance, control, and performance management
• Development of young leaders into successful senior executives

Until recently, Jacques was Vice-President and Controller of Bombardier Inc.

Jacques is a results oriented leader with a high level of energy. He manages his departments as a company within a company (excellent products, on schedule, at the lowest possible cost and always to the satisfaction of his customers).
