Josette Massy-Forget, M.Sc.
Josette Massy-Forget is the founder of Massy • Forget Public Relations which she headed for over 20 years. Massy • Forget is now recognized as a leader in the communication and public relation sector and continues under Josette’s daughter’s strong leadership.
Josette’s management skills and leadership style enabled her to carve out her own niche within a highly competitive market and to attract numerous clients, including national and international companies. She has shown a keen instinct for identifying effective strategies in managing both her own firm’s and her clients’ cases. Furthermore, thanks to her strong listening and human relations skills, she has also gained extensive expertise in crisis and conflict management.
Josette co-founded the Alliance des cabinets de relations publiques and was its President in 2002. She has also been a board member of several organizations, including the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal, the Société des relationnistes du Québec, the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the Théâtre populaire du Québec, and participated in several juries granting prestigious awards.
An active member of the community, Josette is currently Vice-President of Saint Joseph’s Oratory’s Board of Directors and has also been a member of La Place des enfants’ Board of Directors.
Josette has a Masters degree in Science from McGill University and completed her Doctor of Science studies at the University of Montreal.
