James Marchant MBA, C.H.R.P

James is the founder of Xe-NOR Inc. - created in 2003 to offer accomplished senior executives an opportunity to continue exercising their vocations on a contractual basis.  Xe-NOR is a network of senior executives who capitalize on their experience and knowledge to help a wide range of organizations successfully deal with complex challenges.

James has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. In the last 25 years of his career, James worked as a senior HR executive for Major Canadian and US based multi-national corporations.  As a contract executive, James has worked on HR mandates including major change management and labour relations initiatives in the private and public sectors.

James is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and received his Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Business Administration from Concordia University in Montreal.
