Luc has over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in high-profile strategic and complex organizations, and as a public affairs executive in the corporate world. During his career, he has been Vice-President Public Affairs with CGI Group Inc, Executive Vice-President of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal, Executive Director of the Union des municipalités du Québec and Executive Director of the Société des Jeux du Québec. Luc has a proven track record of managing and working with organizations in both the private and public sectors with a particular emphasis on public affairs and government relations.

He is a senior partner with Nereus Conseils Stratégiques.

Luc remains active in community and cultural life as a member of the board of directors of Boulot vers…, a social reintegration organization. He also sits on the board and executive committee of the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde (TNM).

He holds a degree in Education Science from Université Laval.
