Normand Clermont, c.a.

Normand Clermont is a graduate from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (University of Montreal) and a Chartered Accountant. As Chief Financial Officer with Relizon Canada Inc. (printing and document management) and  affiliates of Ivaco Inc. (steel industry), Normand had a major stake in helping these companies achieve their goals and profitability objectives.  More recently, Normand was President and CEO of NUERA Air, a manufacturer of central vacuum systems in Canada and Asia with a market presence in Canada and Europe.

His most recent mandate involved the acquisition and implementation of imaging software with E-commerce capabilities together with training of personnel in a small business environment.
Normand has acquired solid experience in performance improvement through his involvement with marketing and operation teams in large dynamic businesses.

Normand parlays his understanding of “the big picture” into the integration of marketing and operating solutions that enable complete enterprise solutions and exceptional bottom line performance. This ability to integrate marketing and operations management teams and systems is facilitated by expertise in contract pricing, strategic customer negotiations, and operational process improvement.
