    Q1 How can we get affordable senior executive support on a full time basis?
    A1 Many of our most satisfied customers have negotiated long-term fixed price contracts with Xe-NOR executives. We become members of the Customer’s Management Team and are accountable for delivering results in our area of responsibility (For example, Finance, Law, Communications & Public Relations, Contract Administration, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing and President). By “sharing an exec through Xe-NOR”, our customers get forward thinking support for the time that they need it on an affordable basis.
    Q2 How can we get interim executives to fill in for executives who are on: secondment, maternity or family leave, disability leave, sabbaticals and/or a project assignment?
    A2 Xe-NOR executives will take on interim assignments. Our Customers are satisfied because they get apolitical executives who are up and running within 48 hours. At the same time, employees adopt us as mentors. Customers who “rent an exec from Xe-NOR” get much more value than they bargained for.
  II Succession:
    Q3 I am ready to retire but my children are not quite ready to succeed me. How can
Xe-NOR help me?
    A3 We have had a great deal of success mentoring successors into their new responsibilities. By giving successors the responsibility and then mentoring them into their new positions, you get to retire and your children get to take over on their own terms – always knowing they have someone to turn to for help.
