Georges Bourelle

Georges Bourelle is a versatile senior executive with over 30 years experience in general management, sales and marketing and in supply chain management.  Georges has designed and implemented marketing strategies that have enhanced the visibility and increased the market shares and sales of the organizations where he has worked.

Georges was the President and CEO of Prévost Car Inc. and of its division Nova Bus Inc.  At Ogilvie Mills Ltd., Georges was Vice-President and General Manager of the Starch and Gluten Division and at Domtar Ltd., he was Vice-President Marketing for the Gypsum Division.  Recently, Georges completed a mandate (2005 to 2009) as President and General Manager of CIREM - Centre international de recherche et d’études en management.

Georges has a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University.  He has also participated in management development programs at the universities of Oxford, Harvard and Western; and in business practice seminars in Japan.  Since 2005, Georges has completed the CIREM-HEC Montréal executive development program as well as several programs on organizational governance.

Georges has always been an active participant on committees and boards of industry associations and corporations with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing sectors of Canada and the United States.  Georges has served on numerous boards such as R.P.M. Tech inc.; Stageline Scenes Mobile inc.; Girardins minibus; and Multina inc.  Currently, he is chairman of the board of B3CG Interconnect inc. and chairman of the board of LeddarTech Inc.  He also serves on the board of a Allianz-Madvac inc., Plafolift inc. and Vallee inc. He is also active on several board committees.
