Michel Saint-Cyr

Michel Saint-Cyr is recognized for his innovative and strategic approach to real property asset management.  Major Canadian private, para-public and public organizations have realized breakthrough asset utilization rates and investment returns through the implementation of Michel’s asset and property management strategies.  Most recently, Michel was President of CBC/Radio-Canada’s Real Estate Division.  His experience includes work in the most senior executive positions in all aspects of real estate asset management including development and property operations outsourcing in the Bell family of companies, Brookfield Development Corp. and at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Michel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree and Executive Development and Advanced Management Program Certificates from McGill University.  He is a member of the Building and Property Committee of the Board of Governors of McGill.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Villa Ste. Marcelline Foundation.

Michel attributes his major accomplishments to first building a profound understanding of the client organization’s property portfolio and its real estate management structure; second, to his comprehensive range of “best practices” in sound real estate management; and then to his ability to use both of these attributes to devise implementable real property asset management strategies that deliver breakthrough asset utilization rates and investment returns.
